Brew Haven started in 2008 as a tiny corner stand with one stubborn idea — coffee deserves to be treated as an art form. Today we operate our own micro-roastery, source directly from farmers in 7 countries, and serve over 1,800 cups of joy every single day.
Direct trade relationships with farmers across Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Kenya.
Every bean we serve was roasted no more than 72 hours before it touched your cup.
Our team includes finalists from World Latte Art and Brewers Cup championships.
We fly twice a year to coffee farms in Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia and Kenya — meeting growers, cupping micro-lots, and selecting only the top 5%.
Our 12kg drum roaster is operated daily by certified Q-graders. Each origin gets its own roast curve, captured down to the second.
From V60 pour-overs to 24-hour cold drips — our baristas master 11 brewing methods. Every drink is calibrated by refractometer.
